Handheld Temperature Calibrator TC 6621 / TC 6622

The TC temperature calibrator is easy to use and equipped with a large graphical display, making it an ideal field tool for the maintenance and debugging of temperature transmitters and probes quickly and effortlessly.

The TC 6621 temperature calibrator measures or generates thermocouple temperatures (16 different types) and voltage with an accuracy of 0.02%.

The TC 6622 temperature calibrator measures or generates RTD temperatures (12 different types) and resistance with an accuracy of 0.02%.

The TC calibrator features a very low temperature coefficient (10 ppm/°C for thermocouples, 7 ppm/°C for resistance), IP54 protection rating, and a rugged design, making it suitable for field use even under harsh environmental conditions. They are widely used in the energy sector, engineering fields, metal industries, and automotive applications.

The TC calibrator uses a graphical interface, making programming and reading easier in graphical or test formats. Thanks to its storage function (10,000 values) and extended features (square root, step, synthesizer, statistical functions, etc.), the TC adapts well to various process operation procedures and ensures full traceability and advanced development. Use them with DATACAL calibration software to display, manage, and issue your own customized calibration certificates.

The TC calibrator comes standard with 4 alkaline AA batteries. An optional battery charger is available for use with rechargeable batteries.

Measurement Functions:

Calibration sensor: For calibrated sensors, a library can be created using the correction values displayed on the calibration report to design curves.

Scaling: This operation allows correction of probe errors. Scaling is performed using up to 10 segments to fit the actual calibration values.

Recording: Records values either manually during events or automatically at programmable frequencies. Timestamped and can be displayed in list or curve form.



Other Functions:

Interface language: The TC supports 5 languages: French, English, German, Italian, Spanish.

Display contrast: In dark conditions, users can adjust the display contrast and turn on the display backlight. The backlight timer is programmable.

Display resolution: Users can choose from 3 resolutions (up to 3 decimal places): high, medium, or low resolution.

Date and time display: These are consistently displayed on the screen in a fixed format.

Statistical function: At the bottom of the screen, the maximum, average, and minimum values of measurements are displayed. The reset function allows recalculating values.

Hold: Freezes the display.

Filter: A filter can be applied for a short period to eliminate value fluctuations.

Built-in software update: As these calibrators are improved, the manufacturer provides free updates via the USB port to upgrade your instrument.

Delay function: When simulating steps and ramps, this function allows delaying the start.
